Tibur Gerhard Dressler

It is with great sadness that the family of Tibur say goodbye.

Tibur AKA Shorty passed away suddenly in the Southampton Hospital. He was born in Germany and moved to Canada in 1953.

Devoted husband to Rolande (nee Maitland / Duguay) for 45 years. Proud father to Sharleen Neilson and a wonderful stepfather to Liz Bright. Also, a stepdad to Tim. Grandfather to Melissa, Rachel, Jack, and Sam. Great grandpa to Abby, Harrison, and Weston. Get-togethers always involved timbits with these three. Survived by his siblings Werner (Annette) and Dieter Wolfgang Aka Wilf (Penny). Tibur is predeceased by his parents Albert and Metah, and stepson Chris Maitland.

As per his wishes cremation has taken place, and no service will be held. He loved the outdoors and fishing and wanted his ashes to be spread in a river.

Shorty will be greatly missed.
