Dar will be resting peacefully at her home, 6963 Highway 21, where a come & go visitation will be held on Thursday November 26, 2020 from 1-6 p.m. Please respect Covid-19 protocols, masks mandatory. A Graveside Service will be held on Friday at 2:30 p.m. at Saugeen Village Cemetery, Saugeen First Nation. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Obituary

Wesley, Darla passed away peacefully with family by her side on Monday November 23, 2020 at the Owen Sound Hospital. Darla Jane Wesley (nee LaForme) of Saugeen First Nation and formerly of Mississauga of the Credit First Nation at the age of 41.

Loving wife of Darrall Wesley. Proud and loving mother to Owen, Dj, Draytin, and Zane. Dear daughter of Nancy and the late Gary LaForme and daughter-in-law of Donna (Ken) McGrath and the late Harvey Wesley. Wonderful sister to Jamie & Amanda, Cindy & Josh, sister-in-law Kim & Mitch, Harley & Joscelyn, Kenny, and Danny & Breanna. Best friend to Shannon and Annie. Auntie Dar will be sadly missed by many nieces & nephews.

Dar will be remembered by family, friends, staff, near and far for her big heart, for helping others, for her generous nature, and for the love she had for her boys and family.
