Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden but peaceful passing of Kirsten Teague. With her kids by her side, she is now at peace and pain-free after she had fought so strongly against a fast, rare and aggressive thyroid cancer.

Survived by her husband and soulmate, Robert of 44 years, her loving children James, Jessy and her partner Evan. Her father, Arthur Gooch, whom she took the utmost care of. Brothers Peter (Tina), John (Mary-Ellen), sister-in-law Debbie (Dan), mother’s in-law June Teague, Susan Watson and all her nieces & nephews. Predeceased by her mother, Irene Gooch, and father in-law Robert Teague Sr.

She was known communally to be on the search for dogs to fuss over and give treats to working in hardware at Mowbray’s Canadian Tire where she was a valued and appreciated associate. We’d like to send our biggest thanks to her entire Canadian Tire family for all their love and support through her entire battle.

It was Kirsten’s wish to have the family mourn privately. Cremation has taken place, and a tree will be planted in her memory.
