Paul was born in Toronto and lived there and honed his hockey skills at St. Mike’s until he left for Kitchener-Waterloo. Paul was a husband, father, grandfather, gentleman of uncompromising integrity, educator, and elite athlete. He spent his teaching career in Wellington County at schools in Fergus, Erin and at J.F. Paul and Ruth celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary on August 17. A private family celebration organized by Paul has taken place. Cremation has taken place. If you wish to honour Paul, a donation to the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

The family would like to express their thanks and appreciation to the Stroke Clinic, Community Care Nurses, Dr. Michael Marriott and Emma and Dr. Tara Somerville for their care and compassion during Paul’s illnesses.
